One of our main concerns is food safety; our specialized team enforce our safety protocols and monitors quality in the fields and on the packing shed.
We keep certifying our facilities with the strictest standards exceeds the minimum requirements and improving our process. The goal of the food safety and quality control plan implemented by ERC is to institute a proactive food safety system for the harvest and packing operations, by which we can anticipate and control any possibility of risk in the product from the harvest to the packaging.
Food safety and quality control is the responsibility of everyone in ERC, we have provided the necessary tools and have established the guidelines to grow safe, healthy and quality products, even though this is the responsibility of our food safety department, everybody at ERC acts like an inspector during our production process.
