Cilantro is an edible plant which has been harvested for more than three thousand years, according to historical records. Its origin is not clear but it is believed that it came from North Africa, where there are large fields full of wild cilantro.

CILANTRO CREAM RECIPE

Ingredients:

¼ cup of cream
¼ piece of onion
½ tablespoon ground pepper
½ tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cups of cilantro
400 grams or 15 Oz. pasta

Preparation:

1.- Boil the pasta for 15 minutes.

2.-Wash the cilantro, then blend it with cream, onion, salt and pepper.

3.-Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the blended mix.

4.-Add the mix little by little over the pasta and cook it for 3 minutes.
