Ingredients:
¼ cup of cream
¼ piece of onion
½ tablespoon ground pepper
½ tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cups of cilantro
400 grams or 15 Oz. pasta
Preparation:
1.- Boil the pasta for 15 minutes.
2.-Wash the cilantro, then blend it with cream, onion, salt and pepper.
3.-Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the blended mix.
4.-Add the mix little by little over the pasta and cook it for 3 minutes.
